CONSULTATION
Call us to schedule your complimentary, no obligation in-home consultation which allows us to evaluate the contents of the estate and customize a plan that meets your needs.
At this time we can walk you through the entire process as well as review the contract and answer any questions you may have.
CONTRACT
We will discuss all items to be sold as well as the security of items that are not for sale and remain on the premises. We will also discuss the expectations of all parties involved as well as the preparation schedule and sale dates. Once we have signed an agreement, She Sells Estate Sales will take it from there. We understand this can be a stressful time and we want to do all we can to make this as easy as possible.
PREPARING THE SALE
Our team will sort, organize, strategically stage, inventory research Fair Market Value for your items. We provide all supplies needed such as tables, shelving, displays and signage. We will obtain City/County permits as well as advertise on multiple platforms such as our website, social media, and estate sale websites.
THE SALE DAYS
Sale Days we open the doors and let the sale begin! Our team will be on hand throughout the sale to assist customers, secure areas of the home as well as keep items organized. On the last day of the sale any remaining items (per contract) will be left for you in the home, and/or boxed and donated. The home will be broom swept and secured.
FINALIZATION AND PAYMENT
She Sells Estate Sales, LLC will prepare your closing packet within 5 days of the closing sale date which will include an inventoried list of items that sold, property access keys if issued as well as payment for your items.
